сделка РЕПО; классическая сделка РЕПО
repo обычная сделка продажи ценных бумаг с обязательством их обратной покупки через некоторое время; более сложная сделка по сравнению со сделками покупки с обратной продажей (sell-buyback); она предполагает оформление необходимой документации, переоценку ценных бумаг с учетом рыночных цен ("приведение к рынку") и внесение дополнительных средств в случае неблагоприятных изменений в стоимости бумаг); данный термин появился в связи с тем, что термин "сделка РЕПО" стал использоваться расширительно в отношении всех сделок, сходных с РЕПО
